Mary Jane from Intero Real State Services was truly exceptional. My husband and I were impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data she manage about the market. We were no-brained for us to work with her since we were set to sell our home and also helped us to buy our new home, we are so thankful we did. She was always available for showing our home. She was very patient and respectful. She helped us to understand clauses that there were so difficult, but her promptness and knowledge of the market and her absolute positive energy made the process easier and successful. We truly recommended her and when we, my family and friends will be looking to buy a new home, we will not hesitate to call Mary Jane.

Nonresponsive, does not follow contract, and does not take accountability. Mary Jane was great in the beginning and had a great presentation that drew us in. We were up front about our financial situation and she gave us some options to upgrade my grandmother's house. Soon she stopped doing what she said she would do and stopped communicating with us. She did not call us weekly with updates as she said she would and would not acknowledge our complaints or take take accountability for her actions. We finally asked for our contract to be cancelled. She said we would receive a copy the following day. We did not receive the cancelled contract nor did we receive a phone call on why. For days later she suddenly said we got our 1st offer, but we still not receive the contract. We were then told it was up to her broker to cancel the contract. She also followed up with an email stating it would be both parties best interest to continue with contract to avoid litigation. We felt threatened. Going to mediation for disagreements was in the contract, but litigation.

We had a meeting with Mary Jane and her broker. The broker said he would call us the following day with his decision. It has been over a month since we heard from either Mary Jane or her broker. Do NOT trust Intero! They take advantage of people and violate contacts.
