Vinicius is highly efficient. We contacted him at the end of May. We talked to him on the phone the next day. He came to visit our house the following day which was a Sunday. He then made the arrangement for fixing minor problems, painting, staging, cleaning, taking photos, and making videos. Two weeks later, our house was on the market. The preparation process can easily take more time during the labor shortage. If that were the case, our home would be sold at a lower price.
Vinicius also works very hard. Whenever we had a question, we could always get his response. He answered every email from us, sometimes after the midnight.
Vinicius is very honest and straightforward. He is highly knowledgeable about the housing market and the economy in general.
