John Tran is the worst realtor ever! If I could rate him in the negative I would. Do not use him to sell or buy a house. He is incompetent and doesn’t know what he is doing. My house finally closed two weeks after escrow was set to close mainly because John failed to follow up with the buyers lender during the loan process to ensure the deal closed in time. He lied and avoided communication when things went bad and didn’t advocate for me, his client. I had to pay more money because the deal didn’t close on time and he did nothing to protect my interest and try to recoup the costs from the buyer. I almost lost the deal on my new house I was purchasing. I had to borrow money to get it to close so I would not be in breach of contract. All he cared about was his commission which, in my opinion, he DID NOT EARN! Hire an experienced and season realtor. Not a rookie that doesn’t have a clue.

John Tran is the excellent young realtor I have ever had in the last 3 years since the year of 2020 I have had contacted many Vietnamese American realtors and White American realtor, Cambodian American realtor as well. Although he has less seniority than most of realtor agents whom I have contacted with, but his service for my family condo is so incredible, especially he built up his team members with all the young people working actively, tirelessly to promote my condo after he put my condo on MLS listing, then he and his team went around my neighborhood to post so many signs " John Tran, real estate open house" and on the first day open house I saw so many signs were put on the ground started from Gilchrist Drive led potential home buyers the way to my condo. He also hired new student from San Jose State university to drop 500 to 700 leaflets at all the front doors of almost all the condos in my neighborhood to attract those people who are in need looking for a condo to buy to live close to their loved ones in that area. I love the excellent way to do his business with his smart tactics to promote my condo to become the most wanted desirable to whom interested in going through bid, and push the price up far beyond the original asking price. My Indian next door neighbor just regretted that he didn't act faster to bid my condo until it's close to contingent and pending. It only took 3 weeks after the day it was posted on MLS listing to the day the buyer wired the money to my bank account, meanwhile my Vietnamese neighbor got her condo on MLS listing 2 weeks and pending for 5 weeks already, but her condo was not finished the pending processing yet, it's not sold and signed off at escrow closing yet. She was surprised to ask who was my agent? I just simply told her that my realtor seller agent name was John Tran, a 24 year old Christian Vietnamese man, he truly impressed me with all his efforts to do his best service to get my condo sold at the highest price in a short time in this area. Thank you John and your wonderful team. You have done excellent job. I am looking forward to introducing you to my family and friends and neighbors if I know any of them plan to sell or buy a house.
