5* service from 5* team!!! Great customer service. Bias-For-Action and very prompt on any action items from tenants or owner. Ken Olsen is my contact and is an amazing person to work with. He has been extremely diligent to the needs of tenants and makes great suggestions and advice to the owners. Given the current economic situation, he is on top of many of the market dynamics and does due diligence to get best for the owners and best value for tenants. Highly recommend the service. Great job and keep it up!

The first time I saw the rental ad of the basement unit, I was taken. I thought it was the ideal setup for a family of four. When I contacted to view the unit, Soraya responded promptly and coordinated the time. After I submitted a complete application, C&C got back and provided all the information I needed. On top of that, they have been very supportive and understanding of my situation as a first-time tenant. I had a million questions and they patiently guided me through until we completed the whole process. Thanks Soraya, Bret & Kimberly! Cant' wait to move into our new home soon.

Probably one of the worst management companies I've had to deal with. Some of the biggest issues were:
- Lack of response/communication
- Unwillingness to resolve maintenance requests
- Refusal to refund payments

The most frustrating part was dealing with their delays. When I'd call, I'd get transferred multiple times to a voicemail line. When someone finally answered, they deflect responsibility to someone else. Following up with these people are a headache, and it shows in their lack of actions/responsiveness.

I would definitely try and stay away from this property management company, they are one of the worst nightmares I've had to deal with ever since living in the Bay area.
