Nestled at the base of the South Mountains, this community with gorgeous scenic views is perfectly situated to nearby schools and shopping. It's also surprisingly quiet for the close highway access it has. The staff is incredibly friendly, and if you decide to proceed with purchasing, they are equally informative throughout the process. A great place to live if you're lucky enough to obtain a lot.

This people here are discriminating, I had my qualification from another bank, and they told me I need to qualify with them, I apply and they said I didn’t qualify, they didn’t offer me any other choice , I could buy this home if I sell my house but they refuse to sell if I don’t use their financing. They didn’t even want to put me in the waitlist, beware of this people.
