I had the pleasure of working as a project manager for the construction of a new home in Corona del Mar designed by ROST Architects. The responsiveness and professionalism displayed by Alex and Mitch were critical in the execution of the project. ROST created the plan for a stunning and unique home.
Most importantly from the perspective of a general contractor, Mitch was actively involved in coming up with the best solutions whenever issues arrived. Some architects draw amazing plans with little regard to the actual ability to execute - that was not the case with Mitch. He pushed the envelope with challenging build, but he was there to partner along the way and we are all proud of the final outcome.

We had the pleasure of working with Rost Architects on our custom home in Pasadena. We collaborated closely with them on the design of both structures on our property. There are only three things that matter when it comes to building effectively and architectural collaboration. Those three are Details, Details, and Details. Mitchell and his team went out of their way from beginning to end to make sure the plans and design left nothing to chance when it came to the details on the recently finished CDM project.
