The most unprofessional loan office. They send out emails great news we’ve put your folder together. Well I had a few questions called them left a
Voicemail no call back I call
Again I get
Sent to voicemail. Waited a day called again got sent to
Voicemail and then received a text that I was Denied. If your looking for a professional company that will
Communicate with you do not use these people because they are. I think it is completely unprofessional to send a text. I don’t care what day and age were in but at least to call back. I didn’t even get notifications that someone looked at my credit so I think this company is a whole bunch of BS.
