Wouldn’t recommend this place, they have crappy agents working for them. I have my home listed for sale by owner and this agent (Rheka Lira) decided to call me stating she has potential buys interested in my home and if they can come see it. As soon as I said, so we don’t waste our time can you provide proof the buyer is qualified and she hung up on me. Rule #1 - never hang up on someone like that. Terrible agent and business. Don’t ever call my phone again. Get in a different business.

The realtor that sold us our home, Carolina Santiago, was super friendly and seemed knowledgeable. All seemed to be going great, until we found out the termite "treatment" that she helped schedule for us prior to moving in was not legitimate. They didn't give us a receipt, didn't give us a certificate of treatment, NOTHING. Now after moving in, we will have to hire another company to do termite control because the people who came only took our money and didn't do a thing. Not to mention she seemed to be in cahoots with the seller of our home because after the sale closed on our home, she still kept trying to negotiate more and more extra time for the seller to leave despite all our paperwork stated he'd be out by x date. He took an additional week to leave and once we arrived to pick up the keys he was still there delaying us hours again, not to mention she facilitated the seller trying to swap his old junk in exchange for additional days to move out. We should've known better, but we just wanted the keys to our home handed over to us so we agreed & the seller ended up ripping us off too because the stuff he left wasn't even in working condition. Then once he finally left he kept trying to come back into the home because he "forgot stuff" inside and she (the realtor) kept contacting us asking to let him back in. This whole situation left me with distrust for realtors, as she did not seem to have our best interest in mind despite also being our realtor throughout the whole process. Be wary of a friendly face because not all is what it seems sometimes.
