Lonnie Andre has major road rage problems, this man cut me off on a merging lane during coned off construction cones on Badillo in the city of Covina, and proceeded to honk and sped up to make sure I wouldn’t get in the lane, I ended in back of him and when I showed a gestured of disappointment he got out of his vehicle and slammed his hands of my hood and gestured for me to get out and fight him. He got back in his car and drove away, not very professional of an associate especially driving a company car.

I bought my first house from Jonathan Starr in 1988. He was so professional and thorough, that it made the whole process seem easy for a first time home buyer. When I went to sell that first house, Jonathan used his marketing skills to sell it in one week, in a slow market!

Over the years, Jonathan has helped me purchase 2 more homes. My last house would have been lost, had it not been for the tenacity of Jonathan. The owner accepted my offer and Jonathan went over at almost 10:00 PM to have papers signed. The next morning, a higher offer came in, but Jonathan had already sealed the deal! I got the house!!!

Although I haven’t bought a house lately, Jonathan has helped me many times over the years with real estate questions, remodeling referrals, etc... His front office woman, Sophie, recently helped me and she is super nice, and extremely competent. I highly recommend Jonathan Starr for buying or selling a house. He has a great sense of humor and it’s a pleasure to work with him.

Jerry Chen was my property manager he was very unprofessional! He let tenants move out without cleaning the back yard ! I think they were his friends
I went to sign off on the house , I’m new to the rental tenant thing so I didn’t think to go outside ! the AC evaporator outside was smashed from their dog and he covered for them ! I have that house for sale and my parents two houses and he will definitely miss out on selling them for sure!!! Talked to his manager and she just covered for him ! Sketchy business there DO NOT USE THEM !!!

Amy Lam very unprofessional, stood and held conversations with people who flat out told her they didn’t qualify but when it came to me and my party she was super dry and very rude. I never pull the race card but I would be so naive to think this wasnt the case. Being that we are qualified across the board from credit, to VERIFIABLE income, bank statements and everything she was asking for to qualify we had. It’s very sickening and ridiculous

Axel is the worst agent to make business with. I would really advice you guys to not bid nor put offers on any listing with him as the agent. He agrees to things and does not follow through. He is unprofessional. Disrespectful. Impatient and will do irrational things such as not answer calls or emails. I seriously do not know how he is even licensed to be in this business. Guys if you want a good experience and to be treated with respect, this isn’t someone you want to work with nor be around. ReMax you need to do better when hiring agents. This one isn’t good at all. If I could give zero stars for this one I surely would…

Jerry Chen is one of the most narcissistic, rude racial person I’ve ever spoken to he was screaming on the phone with me cause my credit score like really RUDE!! Done even bother if your credit score is not above 800!
