Hired this company to drywall and paint a home. Called them back 4 times to fix many issues and still not up to owners satisfaction. Had to repair drywall and repaint entire home. Called to talk to them about all the issues and was talked to very rudely from the woman in the office. Called back to try resolve issues with the owner and simply stated the woman in the office was rude and that was it. He then proceeded to tell me you SOB that is my wife and hung up on me! I don't care if it was his wife or not, we have been in business for over 40 years and have never encountered such disrespect from the OWNER and his WIFE. DEFINITELY not a company that I would recommend!!!

We had bought a home with Hour Homes, and had the workers come to fix nail pops and Sheetrock issues. The workers were great, but Chrissy who does the scheduling was very unprofessional. She sent one person and his wife to fix the entire 5,000 square foot house. Once the workers had torn up the Sheetrock in the entire house, Chrissy then informed us that they can not prime and paint for 3-4 weeks out. When attempting to discuss the issue I had with how unprofessional it was to not communicate this to he homeowner, she began laughing and blaming us for choosing eggshell paint. As someone who works in customer service, I was appalled at how unprofessional she chose to act.
