My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Atlantic Builders to build our forever home! Shirley, Shawn and the entire team were truly exceptional. They were honest about everything and always professional. Kind and considerate. The team responded quickly to all inquiries and addressed every concern/question that arose. They worked well with our realtor and kept us well informed every step of the way from start to finish. Even after we closed the team has continued to be responsive. Most importantly, the crew finished a 5-star build ahead of schedule!! We LOVE our new home, and we are so thankful for Atlantic Builders! They exceeded expectations before and during the build. Fingers crossed that the high quality customer service continues through the warranty period. I’m confident that it will.

Building our home with Atlantic Builders was the perfect choice for us. Starting with Amanda, she took the time to review all of the options with us and answer all of our questions. She even put on her boots and walked all 10 acres to help us see and understand the property before we signed thee contract. She never once applied any pressure. Amanda was available every step of the way. We love the app that they use and it made communication seamless. The Friday touch base calls were perfect. Olivia and Melissa were outstanding to work with in the design studio. They really helped us bring our vision for the house all together. The true rock star of the team was Jason. I would stop by the project on a regular basis and if Jason saw me he would always come over and check in with me. He truly understands customer service. He understands the construction side of things and he understands how to work with the future owners (us) throughout the entire build. Buying and building a new construction home can be a stressful experience but the team at Atlantic Builders made the experience super positive and I would absolutely recommend you give them a call.

We have had such an amazing experience with Atlantic Builders! From day one, everyone has been so kind and helpful. We purchased our home while still living out of state, and they were so accommodating of the challenges that come with that (time zones, not being in person, etc) and they kept us in the loop throughout the entire building process. Hi, we have only been in our home for about 1 mth. I'm beginning to enjoy my new home as I'm still in the process of unpacking! I would say our experience was both fun and challenging! Working with Chris and Pattie was easy. They tried their best to accommodate us when we had questions and concerns! And boy did we have questions every week! Lol Being a home owner for the 4th time makes you more aware of how things should be done! After being the general contractor for our previous home we were very concerned and always had questions. They tried their best to give an explanation or make it right! We love the layout and have gotten many compliments! Melissa at the design center was easy and fun to work with!
She was very helpful and pleasant Wee appreciate all they have done. Now it's time for us to make it our home! Thanks Chris, Pattie and Melissa

Atlantic builders was great to work with up until after we closed. Since we closed we have had 2 trees fall in our front yard feet from hitting our home. They cleared just enough land the build our house and did not consider 100+ foot pine trees becoming deforested which results in weak root systems. The first time I reached out and was told basically not their problem, after a few phone calls they assisted in splitting the bill to have some high risk trees removed from the side yard to protect my and my neighbors home from tree damage. Another tree fell and now it’s not their problem again. So I’ve already submitted my survey, but was unable to mention this. I am told the county decides on the land clearing lines, but I find that hard to believe. It’s just a matter of time before a tree falls on my house.

We started our adventure with Atlantic Builders after playing the bidding wars game with pre-existing homes, and feeling like all of our options led us compromising and spending way more money than we wanted to. I stumbled across Atlantic Builders and saw that they were offering a home nearly identical to our "dream home", and we could build it on TEN ACRES!

That was a year ago, and our home was just completed. The problem with seeing how the sausage is made is that you see the gross parts too, and we saw some gross parts. There were some pretty big problems that we thought we would have to come up with a compromise and learn to live with. But in each and every case, our project manager, Mike, was able to come up with creative solutions to fix the problem in such a way that if we hadn't seen the sausage being made, we would have never know there was a problem to begin with.

Atlantic Builders Design Center was fantastic. Melissa helped us out and guided us toward fulfilling OUR vision, not pushing her own on us. She made suggestions that would complement what we were going for, and it turned out fantastic. Absolutely beautiful.

We are "those people", super involved in the build process far deeper than we probably have any business being. I asked 15-20 questions every single week when we started. These tapered off a bit as I learned everything there was to know about building a home, but the entire time, Amanda answered my questions professionally and with a smile on her face (or in her emails). I tried so hard to stump her with impossible questions, and only managed to do so once. She reached out and found the answer, so you won't stump her again!

I have been very impressed with the quality across the board. Mike and Amanda and their teams went to great lengths to make sure that everything we asked for we got, and every nit we picked was addressed. Highly recommend. It was a fantastic experience.

They selected a convenient location with scenic mountain views to build beautiful town homes! Loving my new home!!
