I've worked with Lance from CAZA Construction on several projects in our new home. They came highly recommended to us and we've gone on to recommend them to others. They actually wisely talked us out maybe some not amazing decisions and it lead my wife and I to make a much better investment in our new house. We wound up getting new floors, hardwood throughout, and they were very detail oriented and helpful in making that happen. Especially during the added difficulty brought on due to COVID during this period. (They always make sure to wear masks and keep proper distance from my wife, baby, and myself.)

The floors look absolutely amazing and we love them, they went an extra step to make sure to track down proper pieces to make sure the stairs were as nice as they can make them as well. They had everything done and ready prior to us moving in to our new home.

Shortly after moving we discovered issues with the roof, Lance and his team got us a great price and wound up fixing/replacing the entire roof within days. Whilst handling every part of that process, including finding HOA approved shingles and tackling any long-term issues that they felt might come up.

We'll be continuing to work with CAZA Construction going forward 100%.

I HIGHLY recommend working with Mark and Lance for any and all home projects!!! We’ve hired CAZA Construction for all our home projects and they’ve always done stellar work. Our largest project was a complete gut and rebuild of our kitchen. The end result looked like a kitchen out of a magazine and it’s absolutely beautiful and perfect. We’ve also used them for refinishing our floors and Patio/deck, hanging a massive and heavy chandelier in our stairwell, exterior work including a new roof, painting, siding, gutters etc.. Anytime we have a home project in mind we always use Mark and Lance because of the peace of mind that they get it right the first time. They go WAY above and beyond all expectations with the quality of their work and don’t cut any corners.

Lance and his team at Caza are great to work with and perform quality work. We used Caza to renovate our basement in 2019. Throughout the design and build stage of the project, Lance and the guys were very helpful in assisting us pick our materials and finishings and were always responsive to our wishes and concerns. The basement turned out perfectly and we are constantly complimented on the quality of the work.

I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Lance at Caza is. During our basement renovation, he was always willing to talk with my wife and me, no matter the hour. We regularly go back to him with question or for advice on other home improvement projects we are contemplating.
