While I had not been a huge fan of farm homes, Toll Brothers has made me reconsider. I will always look at any Toll Brother home because their design and detail is of impeccable quality. They literally think of everything and their is no space unaccounted for in the home. The rooms are always spacious, open and inviting. Typically when you say a home is cozy it means that it is small and quaint, but Toll Brothers and design team have managed to make a large home cozy. The outside appeal to the inside is themed with highlights of personal touches to accentuate the modern farm home. This home even has an elevator, more than ample storage, a pool and an all season great room. I loved it, but not more than my favorite at Linden Grove.

The management has been outstanding with the neighboring community. I live next to their development and throughout their project, the management tried its best to consider my street neighborhood with respect and understanding. The development manager was very generous at the end.

Houses are nice but too close to each for my personal liking. Not that I could afford the price marks of over a million dollars! ... A million dollars for 3/4 of an acre and you can spit on your neighbors house! Well, to each their own I guess. Really good location though. Not to far away from Tyson's and 267.

Those houses are unbelievable, the development makes you want to sell your soul to live there, the lady showing the house was very nice, beautiful smart, she did an outstanding job.

Neighborhood entrance is bottleneck. Neighborhood was originally designed with a second exit from Farber Forge Court to Towlston Road. But that intersection was cancelled because it would have been a dangerous intersection with poor sight distance. Neighborhood entrance at Belvedere Branch Drive is going to be a bottleneck with over 100 families and their associated traffic (ie. maids, UPS deliveries, lawn services) trying to make it through that Towlston Road intersection in one day. Developer has shown no interest in providing direct access to Route 7 nor bridge to Trap Road

Pretty cool and big houses that are still in construction. Hefty starting price of 2 mil so you get what you pay for I guess
