A COMPANY/BUSINESS VAN (Company name on vehicle is The Ataveus Cash Legacy Foundation) IS PARKED PERMANENTLY IN THE 202-214 WATERSIDE BLOCK!
[Updates as of 3/22/2025]

-This van has been towed multiple times already-

The HOA needs to enforce their parking situation and their own rules. YOU sent us letters in all the mailboxes with the HOA parking rulebook explicitly stating these types of vehicles can't and wouldn't be parked here. ONLY RESIDENTIAL VEHICLES ALLOWED NOT NON-PROFIT WHITE VANS. Send them out again to the 200's townhomes. There is a BIG white van with a corporation/business name (The Ataveus Cash Legacy Foundation) with a fake/wrong/incorrect parking sticker (since it’s obviously a COMPANY vehicle which isn’t allowed in this parking area for long stay or permanent parking - it must be using another cars parking sticker, expired sticker, or the HOA doesn’t know, or they played the system to get a sticker and it’s used on this company van). It also doesn't even matter about the stickers because this COMPANY van isn't allowed here anyways to permanently park. It has parked here for years now on and off. This giant white CORPORATE/BUSINESS van is an eye sore on the block and for the community on this circle. There have already been multiple complaints by multiple neighbors about it. It lowers the property value of these beautiful homes and neighborhood. We already have limited parking and now we have this GIANT company van in this residential neighborhood parking area. It makes the entire circle ugly as sin.

I moved to this area because it was beautiful not because I wanted to live in some corporate building parking lot. Imagine an eye sore like that every-time you look out your window instead of the beautiful block, river, and forest (especially during the holiday season) they created here you see that ugly thing every time.

Tell the owner to park his or her COMPANY/BUSINESS van somewhere else like the RULEBOOK states.

As a local real estate agent, I am familiar with these townhomes. They have several floor plans. The community it nice, well-kept, and has a waterview and walking trail amongst other amenities.

Beautiful townhomes perfect location but the constant pool parties is annoying and there has been no resolution. I deeply regret the location of the unit I choose.
