Everything went smoothly from the first interview with Tyler Le to MLS listing and open house. The offer and PICRA processes were also simple to understand and complete, through the closing on the initially established date of 15 April, one month and 3 days after first listing announcement. We were kept abreast at least every few days, daily at times, from listing thru closing.
Thanks to everyone involved for all of the work done in the background from pictures to website listing, to document deliveries.
Will definitely recommend the Empower Home Team for anyone looking to sell their home. Next time we are looking to purchase a property, we will first check with this team.
