I pay my rent on time and then when I have a simple deal like my bathroom tub has been clogged for a week and this is not the first time and continues to happen. I email with no responses. And I'm forced to wait over a week for them to unclog my shower. My kitchen cabinets were literally coming off the wall. I couldn't keep anything in them, which means I had to keep everything either on the kitchen counter or in the floor seeing as how I had just moved in and it took them over a week to come fix my cabinets and didn't even fix them. My cabinets are falling off of the wall. Literally falling off the wall in the kitchen and they put them back together with one little metal L bracket and then expect me to hold all of my dishes and everything in there. I would add pictures if I knew how this place is disgusting. These people are terrible and they don't ever fix thing and they make you wait for weeks until they get it done. I do not recommend living here and I will never live here again. Run away from this place. Don't even look at it. Don't think about it. It's not worth it. These apartments are crap and the people are terrible to deal with. They never respond to you except for one time and it looks like an automated message. Pure lazy.

KRS holdings found us a tenant for our property very quickly but I will say that the property management team can be distant and unreliable with communication and coordination. If you have a home warranty they will charge you $100+ for reaching out to the home warranty company and coordinating repairs. They aren’t all bad but not all good.

We have had a very positive experience with KRS from start to finish. From the application process to accommodating our move from out of state, they made everything smooth and easy. They even provided a video tour to help us feel confident in our decision.

While we’ve faced some maintenance issues, Christine from the office has handled all of our requests quickly and with clear, fast communication. Curtis, the technician, addressed all of our maintenance concerns efficiently. He was not only quick but also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend KRS for their excellent service!

I had a leak in my dining room that needed urgent attention. I was incredibly impressed with Stanley’s prompt response. The maintenance man arrived within the hour and quickly assessed the situation at 1130pm. He stopped the leak that night. Then, he came the next morning, efficiently fixing the leak. What stood out to me was how clean he kept the area throughout the repair. He made sure to contain any mess and left the space spotless after completing the job. 10/10 recommend Stanley!

do not go with this rental property company. they will charge you arm and leg for absolutely nothing and their cleaning services is so trash, they have to do it multiple times and will charge you each time they do it. do not recommend whatsoever, please find a rental property company that doesn’t rip you off.

I just want the lovely KRS maintance
Manager Drew, for always taking care of my needs, I can sometimes have a attitude but this maintenance staff has always done a very good job! And I can't forget Christine office Manager I was having trouble with Waterworks and HRSD and Drew stuck by me even when I had gave up on you guys! THANK YOU!

Horrible communication between the office manager or whomever the young lady is that schedules various utilities to come out to your property. Water, lights and gas is included in my rental fee. I've had my water disconnected a few times because the management company failed to pay/activate the service. And now the heat isn't working in which they've scheduled several different HVAC/Gas entitles to come out to the property and still no gas. I've had to take off from work without pay just to be told they aren't coming out on that day. The communication is horrible internally and it appears that they could care less about their tenants basic living needs. I've only been in my home since August and this has been a horrible experience thus far.
