I have lived here for 3 months and I have numerous work orders in for maintenance to be done. One has been even before I moved in and it hasn't been done yet. On October 2nd 2024 new tenants moved in above me and their bathtub was leaking and my bathroom got flooded

this place was my first apartment back in 2019 and I had good experiences there. my rent was affordable, my neighbors were cool, and i had built a rapport with the leasing office who gladly helped me with any issue I had. So when I wanted to return in 2022, but instead in a townhouse for more space I thought it would be a perfect fit. But those townhouses need heavy renovations, you could tell that at some point my door had been kicked and or shot at and not replaced leaving large gaps around the rim of my door. There was mold, growing on the AC vents, there was mold growing in the bathtub and this doesn’t not even BEGIN to address the pest problem. Initially, we didn’t have problems with roaches, but we did have a problem with different types of bugs, making it into our home. my partner was a stay a home mom who would become very uncomfortable if I was not home to kill these random types of bugs that were making it in. At one point she literally had to get a neighbor to come in to kill a bug. and when the weather began to heat up, that is when the roaches began to become a problem. I would say that in the last six months of my lease we killed over 30 roaches (american cockroaches not german) and spent hundreds of dollars on preventative and extermination measures. This problem was hard to attack, because I am sure they were coming from other units. One night my partner, and I saw a water bug crawl out of a light fixture! to only compound this problem a murder occurred in our backyard all within this one year lease AND a visitor of my neighbor crashed into both of my vehicles. The best thing about this complex is Denise and Latisha, but some of these problems that the townhomes have is beyond them. Those things need to be gutted, exterminated, and renovated.

I have been here a year and a half and I take my dog out on the leash, to the dog park and pick up his waste every time, but today I look out my patio doors to see a pit bull with no leash using the bathroom and no owner around. I recorded this and reported it to the office, which will probably have no resolution. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this pit bull without a leash or owner. There is so much dog poo in the grass next to my building, but the office says we must take our dog to the dog park and pick up the waste, so if thats the case why is there so much poo beside my building. Is beside my building the dog park. Just wondering?

Update I have been here five years now. I haven’t had a lot of maintenance request completed. Every time I put one in it never gets any acknowledgement. Granted they aren’t that urgent but now this latest one is. I had my refrigerator to stop working I put in a maintenance request and went to the office to make sure they received it. I was told they would send someone to look at it. I went back to address the request with Denise the rental manager. I was told that she didn’t know when I would receive a refrigerator because tenants haven’t been paying their rent so there is no money to order any thing to fix or replace anything that is broken. I’ve had to throw away over $100 worth of grocery. I have paid my rent since I have lived here even through COVID. That doesn’t account for anything.

The absolute worst living experience I've ever had! The rental lady is a complete nightmare and lacks common courtesy, customer service, and a compassion for the community that she services. She is rude, curt, unapproachable, and off-putting whenever she does respond. The issues are nonstop here - roaches galore, mold, cabinets falling apart, the outside area is always dirty, you name it! Latesha, the other lady in the office, is sweet as pie and is always left trying to pick up the pieces and apologizing for her boss. I've had confrontations with the rental lady wherein I had to record her being verbally aggressive and condescending just by me inquiring on statuses of issues that had not been fixed in a timely manner (almost a year). Issues had gotten so bad that in order to get some resolve, I had to reach out to upper management. It was only then that someone addressed my concerns. The crime rate is growing out of control as well. Although this is not directly related to the property, it still makes you feel unsafe to be there. I would advise anyone thinking about coming here to think twice and weigh your options as it not just one person (myself) with an awful experience here. Latesha deserves all the accolades!

If you are looking for a place to live, please do your research. Don't let the fanfare fool you with this one. I fell for the okie doke, and totally regret it. Check out the property for yourself. Take a good look and take notes. Living here, the experience with roaches galore, mice (at least 2), mold (all over the unit), lack of parking (no matter the time of day), horrible customer service and lack of simple human decency with that manager, a dilapidated unit, and more...it just was not good. If there was just one or two people with experiences like this, I'd question it. However, scroll the google reviews and see for yourself. Any good review, I'd question if management penned it or if the author was under the influence of any type of illicit material.

If I could give zero stars I would! I was approved in January but wasn’t able to move in until march. However ON THE DAY OF MY MOVE IN I was told that I had to wait until the following week because my townhouse wasn’t ready. The following week when I moved in NOTHING WAS READY! I wasn’t allowed to use the tub (I had to wait for the paint they used to cover all the mold to dry) and the water wasn’t running, the dishwasher was old, dirty, and broken, the was mold in the bathroom downstairs. NOTHING WAS CLEANED UNTIL I ASKED MAINTENCE TO CALL THE CLEANING CREW THE DAY I GOT THERE. And of course to top is all of the ROACHES OWNED THE PLACE! They were upstairs and downstairs!!! It was literally disgusting. And it’s also worth mentioning the walls are super thin and you will hear your neighbor doing EVERYTHING! Save your money and time and don’t move into to these apartments! And the office people are a waste except for Latesha. Honestly, Latesha SHOULD be property manager over Denise because she’s the only one that is polite and seems to care. HOWEVER, DENISE NEEDS TO GO IMMEDIATELY! She has no compassion about how she has people living in those homes it’s truly disheartening and sick! If you meet Denise (or any of the office people for that matter) make sure you record all conversations because they will lie to benefit themselves and save face especially Denise!!!!!!! These are just A FEW screenshots I got from the videos I took of the roaches. I don’t think I’ll have enough time in a day to go through the videos to get all the screenshots of the bugs and I don’t have the option to post the videos with my review. Overall, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT MOVE HERE!!!

UPDATE!!!: I reached out like the company told me to do and haven’t gotten a response! Please don’t waste your money even the company the owns the property doesn’t care about really fixing the problems there! DON’T MOVE HERE!!

Parking is terrible for tenants and none for guest,maintenance is horrible and be sure you lockup anything of value. New owners now, but same old problems. Kitchen sick been broken for almost two months, but got a nerve to keep going up on rent. More things are wrong.......Roof leaking,wall has water damage,front door damage,etc.....

I have been here since 2/1/2023 and the ladies in the office has been NOTHING but kind ; Maintenance request gets fulfilled FAST and the Manager Denise Goss has a heart of gold ! Even if she’s busy she’ll stop what she’s doing to hear your concerns. Lakesha is wonderful as well she follows up with the maintenance request and keeps you updated. It’s quiet in my building , everyone speaks to each other it’s really nice and they also renovated !! The renovation looks amazing !! King bedroom is HUDGE with a walk in closet !! Thank you all for accepting me when no one else would ♥️♥️
