The board of the community I managed voted to use this company to repair a drain line and balcony concrete on one of our bottom floors. While the drain was rerouted correctly the communication and end result we are displeased with. At the initial consult the Rep Andy stated he would put plastic up to protect the windows from dirt/dust/debri, that did not happen, at initial consult Andy stated he would make the patio back flush and paint the ground to match. Even told my Tech he had to go to Sherwin-Williams to find the color etc, that did not happen. The patio was left dusty/dirty, there was white paint of some sort left on the brick. My techs are now leveling out the concrete and painting the balcony because this is what was promised. Even though it was requested, at the end of the work day or at the completion of the project no-one from Red Rock check in the office or with the Maintenance Tech to discuss the job. They were just gone. We only found out he was not going to paint the patio when my Tech called to fid out when they would be returning because the patio was in a mess and the owners wanted to know.
I will never again use them at this or any other community I manage.
