This review is for the Cumberland Condos that are a part of Patriots Landing (there is no separate way to review).

We have lived in these condos for several years and the worst part of living here is paying the massive HOA fees basically just for upkeep of the land. There are 0 amenities and we pay $195 towards “Cumberland” patriots landing. Problems I’ve had with the outside of our property have fallen on deaf ears. One summer our grass wasn’t cut and a different company came sporadically and the grounds looked awful. Over Christmas and the new year 2022 the HOA didn’t or “forgot” to pay for trash pickup and our trash cans were overflowing in the streets. We pay $85 quarterly to “Patriots Landing” for absolutely nothing. We do not have access to the pool or any of their amenities. I wouldn’t mind paying this if it was for some actual reason. The condos themselves have no amenities. Many neighbors have had issues with the HOA with no resolve and several have moved in the last months.
