Amir and his team were exactly what we needed to help us save our construction project. Our original contractor built our structure with very weak foundations and Amir's group came up with a safe solution to reinforce the entire structure and put our minds at ease. After spending a week thinking through the technical side of completing our project, he continued to search for the BEST solution up until the work began that morning. This was most important to us (and to him) as our structure was close to finished and in a delicate state. This speaks to Amir's character in that he couldn't rest until he knew he had the right solution to the problem. Amir and team were communicative along the way and very thoughtful while working on our project, treating our space like it was their own. We couldn't recommend him enough, he will be on our short list for future projects!

Amir and his team at Arcopenhagen did a fantastic turnkey design and build project, a 800 sq. ft extension with 12ft ceilings to our home that included an open concept kitchen, dining room extension and light-box/sun room that finished in December 2022.
Amir is very passionate about his work and has a great sense of architectural and design aesthetics that he applied to our project. His design and build quality is great, his attention to detail is exceptional and he handled all the structural and permitting processes. We are extremely happy with our new space just in time for Christmas. He is a pleasure to work with, very committed and punctual during our entire project. He is very fair when dealing with unexpected surprises that come with any build.

Amir and ARCopenhagen are a hidden gem in the DMV building landscape. I discovered them through a structural engineer who had worked with Amir for many years and gave him very high recommendation.

I live in a historic rowhouse in DC and wanted to undertake a gut renovation of my basement, including foundation underpinning/lowering the slab. However, I was initially apprehensive about the project and hadn’t found anyone I trusted to handle it.

With Amir, everything became easy. The project went smoothly, and the basement is now my favorite part of the house. Amir possesses a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of designing and building homes. He is very detail-oriented in budgeting, planning, and execution. He is passionate about his project and oversees them very closely, often suggesting improvements. His team is incredible—I have liked every one of his tradespeople and their work.

Sometimes, I have to pinch myself to believe how lucky I was to find Amir and ARCopenhagen. I have other remodeling projects planned for the future, and I hope they can be done by this outstanding company.

My wife and I knew that we wanted to screen in our open porch to stave off summer mosquitos and heat, and give our toddler some extra room outside.
