My boyfriend and I have been fortunate enough to call the Pointe our home since 2018. We considered several other options and even commuted an hour to work the first couple of years just to live here. The Pointe has always been a very nice, quiet community. Everyone is respectful of each other and we've never had issues with noise or anything else.

Terry and the team at the Pointe are always very accommodating and willing to help out with any issues. They're always looking for ways to make this little spot of heaven even better by adding things like the Amazon Hub box and taking care of any repairs we need.

We're looking forward to continuing to call the Pointe at Stafford our home while we save up for a house. Keep up the great work guys, we truly appreciate it!

My husband and I lived at The Pointe apartments with our dog for about 8 months and absolutely loved it! Whenever we saw Terry, we were greeted with a wave and kind words. She is so lovely and went out of her way to plan fun events for the residents (free tacos for Cinco de Mayo, live music by the pool, etc...)

The community is very quiet, and I always felt very safe there. My husband's commute to Camp Barrett was quick and easy - usually about 10 minutes or so. This is a great place to live if you or your spouse are attending TBS!

The 1 bed/1 bath apartment had super high ceilings and a very spacious living room. The kitchen was a decent size with plenty of storage, and there was even space for an average-sized dining room table. Plenty of room for the two of us and our large dog! As mentioned by others, the appliances can be a bit dated - but when we had issues with our washer/dryer, the office did everything they could to get us a brand new set as quickly as possible. The carpets also appeared to be brand new when we moved in.

The dog park is very well-lit at night, as is the path to get there. I would take my dog there several times a day; he always loved running around and interacting with the obstacles and other dogs in the community! When the pool is open, it is crystal clear and very clean.

There was always plenty of parking available for ourselves as well as for our guests (which can NOT be said for most of the other apartment complexes in the area). The complex is conveniently located, and close to all major shopping centers and restaurants.

Upon move-out, Terry was very accommodating of our circumstances, and we had no issues whatsoever.

In my honest experience, this was my first time moving out on my own and I traveled from Michigan to Stafford.

Megan (Leasing) has really made this an easy move for me, and has assisted me with getting used to the area and what not.

I asked for recommendations on nearby shops and motels and they were provided.

The leasing office also worked with my moving schedule, and made sure I was able to make it into my new home, even though I had noted I would be arriving around 8:00 p.m. (after the leasing office closes).

It's been almost a month thus far, but I am pretty satisfied.

Updating because I am just still thrilled by how great the staff is here. They really treat us as with care. Customer service is great. Each month the staff goes out of their way to get to know us. Since moving in, there have been countless events and several maintenance projects (power washing, adding mulch to the parks, roofing) that allows me to know that our rent goes beyond expectations.

August 2021:
I have been here for about a month now. The staff (Megan and Terry) were very helpful in ensuring that I understood my lease before signing and also allowed a close friend to look at the space before signing. I appreciated that. Terry had a YouTube video online of the space that helped a lot as well. The apartment shows signs of being dated, as do all, but it was very clean upon move-in regardless. Any maintenance concerns were fixed immediately and the maintenance crew is friendly and efficient. It's fairly quiet aside from normal building noise during respectful hours. There are nice grounds to walk your dog. The dog park and amenities are up-kept and appreciated. I really have no complaints. Everything has at least met my expectations. I am so relieved for that!

I recently moved to The Pointe at Stafford in February and cannot say enough good things about the staff in this community. From start to finish Cynthia and Terry have been incredibly professional, friendly, communicative, and have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I've only had one small issue with a neighbor's dog barking late at night, but these two ladies were 100% on point and the barking stopped almost immediately.

The amenities in the community are also great. The grounds are immaculately maintained, there is ample parking, and although it doesn't have an indoor fitness center (and who am I kidding, I wouldn't go anyway :D), there is outdoor fitness equipment, a beautifully maintained pool, a grilling and picnic area, a car wash station, and a bark park all a short walking distance (not more than a block) from any of the buildings on site.

Nice, quiet, and small apartment complex close to Quantico. Dog friendly as well. The whole staff of Terry, Megan, and Juan have all been helpful from the start. We have a one bedroom with a den and two bath. We enjoy having a balcony/patio. Does not appear to be a lot of kids here which is nice. Feels safe and we are close to the 95/Garrissonville Road. Highly recommend if needing a place close to base. Staff is great and maintenance is very responsive. Thank you!

The Pointe at Stafford easily has the most professional, courteous, and caring staff of any apartment complex I have lived at. They truly make you feel like an individual and part of the community and not “just another resident.” Terry and Cynthia specifically have gone above and beyond since before I even moved here and were nothing but professional and transparent in the time leading up to my move in. Their attentiveness, compassion for their residents, and attention to detail is something you simply don’t get at other complexes. You can often see the staff going about their duties take some time out of their day to engage with residents and make them feel at home. The maintenance team responds promptly to requests and also are just as professional as the rest of the leasing staff. The apartment complex itself is conveniently located off Route 1 and is minutes away from shopping and restaurants aplenty. There is a feeling of community but also a feeling of privacy being tucked back off the road a bit. I highly recommend The Pointe at Stafford!

Great place to live! My wife and I lived in this complex for roughly a year. We were very happy with our stay. The community is very kind, and pet friendly. We have two dogs who have a ton of energy. We were able to walk them around the complex and surrounding townhomes most days, and took them to socialize in the complex's dog park daily. The units are kept in top shape by the maintenance crew (who are always roaming around, willing to help), and any issue we had like lightbulbs going out, sliding/folding doors jumping the hinge, ect. were addressed within a day, if not a few hours after submitting a report. Overall, I highly recommend the Pointe!
