Very unsatisfied with the blatant misuse of our time by this realty service and our "realtor" Adriana Griffin. We were set up to view several houses after my husband and I got off work this afternoon only to have Adriana tell us less than 2 hours before our viewings that we had paperwork to sign that had never been previously discussed. She had days in advance to disclose this to us and allow us to have proper time to go over and read what we were going to be signing but instead decided to wait until the very last minute to throw this on us. She was requesting us via text and email to sign documents while both my husband and I were still at work. We had no time to go over it and read it as we were less than two hours from our scheduled viewings. We were finishing up work and expecting to go straight to our viewings with no time to spare for reviewing unexpected paperwork. She informed us that she would be unable to let us view houses without signing the documents and thus we had to cancel our viewings due to her complete ineptitude and disrespect for our time. To add insult to injury, she writes an email to us after the fact doubling down saying she has "excellent work ethic" and how she used to be a dentist, as if that matters. Respect is earned, Adriana. I don't care if you used to be a dentist. You wasted our time and in this endeavor of buying a house, timing is everything and you should know that. You should spend less time talking yourself up and more time preparing your clients appropriately for viewings. It should be common sense to give people time to look over paperwork, especially when it's in regards to something as important as buying a house. We're talking about bare minimum professionalism and communication here. Do not recommend this Realty Group.
