I hired Executive Improvements to remodel my bathroom. I couldn't be more thrilled and awestruck with the results (see for yourself!).

As for the process, I started out really nervous because I'd never remodeled anything in my life. I had a good idea what I wanted my bathroom to look like, but had no actual idea what was expected, what I might need to know that I didn't know, or how any of this worked. Turns out I didn't have to worry. Throughout the whole process (getting a quote, picking out fixtures, construction, clean up) the staff had clear, easy-to-follow steps for me. They had downright impressive communication and organization. I appreciated so much the incredible kindness, both to me and my elderly cat who struggled a bit through the construction phase. I'm so grateful and feel a ton more confident about whatever projects I might want to do in the future. I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else.

Most people blindly pop a 5-star rating after a good experience, but I can honestly say that Executive Improvements is well deserving of this rating. We just finalized our 2nd major bathroom renovation with them and everything came out perfect! From the planning stages with Tom Rosa, to mapping out products/work scheduling with Angie Rivera and Michele de Souza, there was never an overwhelming feeling at any stage. The site coordinator, German Velasquez, made sure the varied work stages were mapped out and he fully explained what to expect each day of the project. The main worker on site, Julio Fuentes, coordinated daily jobs done by a multitude of colleagues each day. Julio's demeanor was professional and friendly every step of the way, making the entire project seamless. Prior to even starting the renovation, protective plastic was placed everywhere from the front door to the rear bathroom area. Furniture and all goods were fully protected the entire time. Needless to say, the end product was absolutely amazing! We were blessed to have a totally new bathroom, and we were shocked at how beautiful everything looked. I could go on and on but the entire staff at Executive Improvements should be recognized as a Class A outfit. When the job was complete and the clean-up was done, you would have never known that they were ever there. Don't hesitate to have Executive Improvements lead the way for your dream project in your home. You will not be disappointed. Great job and much thanks to the entire company! We’ve used Executive Improvements for 5 major jobs – 4 bathrooms and 1 kitchen . As far as price and quality goes, it would be hard to find a better deal in the northern Virginia area.

The owner, Tom, is easy to work with and honest. He went above and beyond on to help us maximize our spaces. The quality of the work from the project managers & team are all very good, but some are exceptional. In particular, our last project manager Jonathan was amazing. He was very communicative, detail oriented, and always followed through to make sure that we were happy with the final product.

We will definitely be using executive again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a masterbath remodel and this company was exceptional. Every phase, from the initial estimate and visual images by Tom, fixture selections with Michele, and construction team lead by German, was executed with precision and care. I loved that Tom & Michele knew exactly what fit my style which saved me from combing through websites. Michele was a star communicator—responsive within minutes and offering advice that gave us the best value. German followed the projects execution like a pro. He stopped in often to check progress. The crew was one of the best—artists in their craft. Tiles, fixtures, paint were flawless. They arrived every day on time, covered and cleaned up, and super respectful and friendly. We recommend them without hesitation. Look at the other reviews on this team… they are really that great. We love,love,love our new bathroom.

Incredible from start to finish.
Tom’s design of both our kitchen and bathroom are awesome. His flexibility and creativity were invaluable as we moved forward.
The project managers for both efforts were on point. They were communicative and ensured we had the info we needed throughout the projects.
Joab and his team absolutely slayed it on our kitchen. They took a very difficult project cluttered with literally multiple previous renovations across 80+ years and made the exact kitchen we wanted. Incredible. Professional. TALENTED. Can’t wait to use them again!
