They were incredibly communicative, collaborative, and thorough, and their work was outstanding. Great service started with Stephen when he initially came out for the inspection of our crawl space. He provided a detailed explanation of what we needed and what we didn't need. It continued with Fernando and his crew, with the wood repair that needed to be done. Once the wood was repaired, Jesse and his crew continued the great service taking care of the mold abatement, encapsulation, light system and dehumidifier. There was a constant open line of communication with each step. The work is beyond amazing and every individual was respectful and kind.

We had a chronic basement leak in a small area - 10-15 feet of 1930s brick foundation that we tried to fix by deflecting runoff etc, until we realized plant roots had penetrated the brick joints - and on a friend’s recommendation we contacted Stable Foundations. We’d already started digging down a bit to add hydraulic cement to seal the leaks, plus add a French drain. Zach was available within a week to have a look, and he was very understanding and informative, was complimentary of our approach and didn’t try to sell us on an expensive solution, just offered great advice, and said if that doesn’t work to let him know if we needed more help. His advice was great, and we’re optimistic we won’t need the “Big Dig” option … fingers crossed, and appreciate his advice … and Sam was wonderful help setting up an assessment!

What a great company, from the people to the work performed. They took their time explaining the options in replacing a section of our center beam and using a helical pier system. His professional and positive approach in discussing his findings and providing a solution was thorough, detailed and very educational. His knowledge of the industry is vast and a great asset to the company. Scheduling was done through Sam, who called and set up the date for the installation. Stephen and his team arrived on schedule and discussed the scope of work for the project. They were outstanding, professional and continually displayed a great work ethic. Stable Foundations was great and have exemplary integrity. Every person I interacted with from Stable Foundations was fantastic to work with, especially Doug who was the most honest contractor I’ve ever encountered. He came out to provide an estimate and was great about asking questions to understand our intent for the work. Based on our discussion he recommended we use a different company in the area that was a more generic contractor that could solve our issues and allow us to finish our basement down the line. So even though his recommendation didn’t lead to a job through their company he still went above and beyond to draw a blueprint for the scope of work and explain it to me clearly. Stable Foundations was a breath of fresh air after working with multiple other companies for this work. I highly recommend using this company, or at least involving them in your list of companies to provide you a quote!

Stable Foundations is by far, way above anyone else on there customer service. Everyone I dealt with was more than accommodating. They answered every single question I had with very exact answers, not trying to talk around the issue. They were very upfront with all of the work that needed to be done.

Doug was so honest and upfront. Never once did he downgrade another company, but instead gladly explained why they prefer to use the materials that Stable Foundations use.

Jesse, on the other hand.... This man is one of the best I have ever dealt with. He called me every morning before the job day stated when he arrived on site. He would explain everything that he planned on getting done today and then would call me when they were leaving to tell me what he had completed. Never have I had any other company give me that kind of an update before.

Continuing with Jesse, on the last day they were here, I was actually able to be here. He did not just supervise his crew, he actually worked with them. He lead by example. The interactions he had with his crew were very professional and it seemed like his crew appreciated that.

The work that was completed beat all expectations. When the job was done, Jesse took me under the crawlspace and showed me everything that was done. Again, answered every question that I had and took the time to make sure I was completely happy with the job.

Overall, everyone that I dealt with made me feel as though I was the only customer that they had. It felt really good to have them working for me. I will say they are not the cheapest estimate that I had, but the quality of work, the professionalism, and the non-pushiness of Stable Foundations will go a long way in keeping me a loyal customer and 10,000% willing to recommend them to anyone that I come in contact with. They get 10 stars in my book.
