This is a private landfill near Ashland Virgina. The entrance is not well marked but is directly opposite the turn-off to Johnson Town Road from Ashcake road. They will take brick and concrete rubble and recycle it to make concrete at a nearby plant, their rates are lower than other places as they charge by the load, not by weight. The only restriction is that the bricks can't be contaminated with dirt, wood, metal, weeds, etc. as it is being recycled. They don't have a website and it is hard to locate them when you search for the keywords trash or dump in Hanover County. Call for rates and hours.
