They don't deserve 1 star because of how they treat their employees. I worked for them for almost 6 weeks. They let me go because they do not like outsiders. No matter how hard I worked it was never good enough. I was put down by other people who worked there. People would often pay attention to their cellphones. I never carried my cellphone. I was there to work, not to text people. The best advise for anyone wanting a job there. Make sure that you know someone there 1st. They do not like outsiders there. They'll hire someone who is pretty good and fire the best. But in the end it doesn't matter how good you are or how bad you are. What really matters is. Wether you are an outsider. If you're an outsider. You will be gone. I was treated like an outsider all the time. I can drive a semi truck,dump truck,end,dump, operate a bull dozer, front loader and back hoe. My problem was. I was too good. You complain about the abuse. You will be the one who loses your job. As you can see the owner doesn't care anything about this review. And he doesn't care about how his employees are treated. If he did. I wouldn't have posted this review
