Simply the best. My husband and I sold our home in northern Virginia and moved to Colonial Beach in 2022. At that time we did not have a new “forever home” so all of our belongings lived in storage while we lived in our tiny cottage. We found an older home with great potential six months later and needed someone to help realize that vision. With the help of RMS design (thank you Robin!) we got the design on paper, and Jett III brought that vision to life even better than we could imagine. Working with Jett III was a pleasure from day one. Yes, we had to wait for the job to start – they are busy and permits take awhile – but it was so worth it. They were incredibly reliable, transparent, and consistently went above and beyond to deliver on time and on budget, coming up with creative solutions and workarounds to quirks that inevitably come up when remodeling an older home. Very responsive, professional and devoted to their attention to detail. My thanks to Jim, Amy, Bill and the entire team for giving us our lovely forever home, and giving me the kitchen of my dreams!! Would (and have) recommend them to any and everyone.

I recently hired this company to build a sunroom addition for me. For years, the name Jett has represented quality construction work beginning with James “Sonny” Jett and passed down to his son Jim Jett Jr. and now the grandson Jim Jett III. My sunroom project took three months to complete and was well worth the experience. The overall project planning and workmanship was exceptional. The finished product is a four season glass enclosed sunroom which blends beautifully with my existing home. This room has now become my favorite part of my home. I would highly recommend Jett III Contracting Services to anyone wanting to build a home, add a room addition, or do additional home improvement. A special thank you to Jim III’s employees who each were highly professional and great at what their individual roles were: his dad, Jim Jett Jr., Colby, Raul, Michael, Bill and Jamel. A special thank you to Amy, his ever busy office manager “who kept the guys in line”. Also, a special thank you to his subcontractors who were each very professional in their individual roles: Darren Shelton (Shelton Home Improvements) whose vinyl siding work is gorgeous, Byron Rawlings (Rawlings Electric) whose electrical work is always top notch, Dave Czako (Richardson Seamless Gutters) who does excellent gutter work, Kin Worrell (Riverview Concrete), Doug Garrison (Garrison Heating and Air) who installed my Della HVAC split air unit and Taylor Pitts landscaping. Jett III built a beautiful home for us! We brought them a completely custom floor plan and they brought it to life. The team worked very hard, was very transparent about the process along the way, and ended the project on time and on budget (even in these crazy times of shipping delays and fluctuating material costs). We could not be happier with our Barndominium/Farmhouse themed home and the work done by Jett III Contracting. Highly recommend!

Called to set up an estimate made an appointment and they never showed. Tried to call them twice on the day to see what was going on and they never responded. I'm not going to try again if they can't be bothered to show up or at least communicate with me it doesn't feel like they would care about the job.
