Right from our initial consultation, it was clear that Deb had a deep understanding of the Smith Mountain Lake area and the local real estate market. Over the course of 8 months we looked at many homes all over the lake. During this time we wrote contracts on three different homes all of which did not work out. She was proven correct when on the fourth try we finally ended up with a great home that we are enjoying now! Our key takeaway from this process was that her number one concern was not selling us a house, it was finding the right property for us, no matter how long it took or what was involved. We truly appreciate this fact.

Once we had a contract, Deb had great recommendations for home, septic, and pest inspectors as well as settlement agents. We would also be remiss to not mention Erica who did an amazing job coordinating everything involved in the transaction. Thank you Erica!
