Finally got to be time to sell my deceased parents house. I worked with Nelson Evans and he was great! He advised me on what upgrades and repairs would be best and helped me to find people to do the work. He was always available to answer questions about anything I needed, all the way up to the closing. He got Julian Mei involved to double check the contract and Julian had a couple of good suggestions. Good teamwork, great realtors. So grateful for his help and guidance through all of this.

Julian Mei was amazing in guiding my daughter and her husband in marketing and selling their house. He had it under contract in 6 days and closed in 42 days!!! Julian goes over and above for his clients and has the expertise of the whole Berry-Elliott team behind him. He knows the market well and is very talented presenting properties in their best light. Julian took his time explaining everything to his clients so they understood the whole process and helped them sell the house over the listing price! Very professional!!!! And the BEST!!!!!

What an amazingly easy experience it was both buying and selling with Berry Elliot realtors ! Julian Mei is the greatest realtor we have ever worked with. He is professional, knowledgeable about Martinsville and the surrounding counties and is meticulous with the details. He has a large network of contacts and can get anything done that is needed.
