Unless you have hours to waste waiting for untrained personnel to do a job a teenager could do, I would choose another company. Unfortunately, I do not have that luxury. It didn't used to be like this. The experience as a whole has taken a sharp dive downward, from sales to getting loaded at their yard. Several times I have called in an order, was told that it would be waiting for me. Come in the next day and the order was never processed I'm left waiting for 30-45 minutes just to get paperwork. I am not going to get into the loading process other than if you are a fan on the circus, this will be a treat for you.
Note: Their delivery drivers are very competent and take pride in their job. I don't have anything bad to say about them, especially the experienced, seasoned operators.

This place is a joke. I will never buy anything from this place again. Huge waste of time, unexperience, and unprofessional. The office staff has not clue of what they are doing and is happy to waste your time.

They had what I wanted it when I needed it(Grease Interceptor, adjustment rings. It was on short notice, but they made it happen on behalf of Sharp Creek Contracting and myself to meet our inspection date!
