I have been dealing with Planters and Designers for well over 10 years and have never been disappointed with service or products. The entire staff is friendly and caring plus very knowledgeable. Cody in service is outstanding! He has worked on my mowers for years and I have always been pleased with service. I recently purchased a Gravely mower with a bagging system (which I love and highly recommend) and Cody made sure I was 110% happy with how it was functioning. My husband and I purchased our first Gravely zero turn today. Cody from Planters and Designers of Bristol VA was amazing from the honest information about the mowers to the easy purchasing process. Cody is full of knowledge about all the different models and is well versed in the pros vs cons of each model. He even stayed after hours to help us make our purchase. We have never had such amazing customer service before! My husband was able to mow our lawn in half the time he was mowing before. We love our Gravely and will always send people to Planters and Designers for their mowing machine needs!

I just purchased my first Gravely zero turn mower from Planters and Designers. I had looked at several other mowers from other dealers and I kept coming back to deal with Cody. He answered every question and was a pleasure to work with. He explained the difference and benefits of each class of zero turns. I purchased the 352 and mowed my yard this week and I was very pleased with the way the mower handled and cut. Quite a bit smoother than my previous zero turn. If you are in the market for a new mower I would highly recommend paying a visit to Planters and Designers and seeing Cody. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a 42 inch zero turn Gravely a few months ago. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Cody Anderson and the staff at Planters & Designers are excellent. The service department is well organized and they work hard at making sure you get what you need and in a timely manner. The prices on everything are competitive with Lowe’s and Home Depot. I like it because I bought it there and I can get serviced and worked on there. That’s not going to happen at Lowe’s and Home Depot. The owner, Frankie, is very nice person and a Va Tech graduate. I couldn’t ask for a better place to do business.

I purchased a Gravely ZTHD Zero Turn Mower. Cody was my salesman, he was absolutely amazingly awesome, he took the time to teach me every aspect of the mower in detail, made sure I was confident in operating it. He even followed up with me to see if I had any concerns, Cody is the one to see there!! Planters & Designers is the best, they treat you like family and take care of you! I absolutely love my mower!! They deserve a 100 stars!!

I went to Planters and Designers based on a referral from my cousin and I'm sure glad I did. I dropped my zero turn Cub Cadet mower off to get it worked on due to what i thought was engine trouble. Turns out i was wrong. It was an electrical issue with a switch that was grounding out. Let me tell you what. It takes one good mechanic to trace wires and find and fix problems like that. Cody is awesome. Dropped the mower off and took it home fixed after only 4 days and at an amazing price. I will be using these guys again if I need and small engine work done. They stand behind their work and they know what they're doing. I guarantee you wont find better services and definitely not at a better price.Thanks!
