Absolutely no empathy. They don’t allow even a small change in design of fence and deck. They even don’t allow you to build approved structures on your own land. They keep conducting unproductive meetings and don’t listen to what homeowners say. Very judgemental with no empathy. Your freedom is heavily curtailed with their so called RULES which they try to apply to everybody irrespective of the case and don’t even make an effort to understand the problem.

While they generally seem to do a good job when it comes to grounds maintenance and pool management, it's challenging to communicate with them over e-mail or phone and it takes multiple voicemails and repeated e-mails to get a response for any type of issue or simple question.

Broken glass still in the parking spaces in front of my house. Children play here all of the time and the HOA doesn't seem to care. My wife emailed and left VM's. Nothing. But heaven forbid your post light bulb goes out! You will get a letter ASAP!!!

Good for nothing. They told me they will have a board meeting a month from now to address an issue that's been going on for over a month and theni can hope they resolve anything.

If there is less than 1, I will give to this place and the people they hired to work with the owners and residence of it's communities. Here is what they do when you approach them with a question or a concern: They never listen, they try to talk over you, they are loud and yelling, they keep repairing what they said over and over again as if you are an idiot and you don't understand and they find a problem for every solution. Please don't live here. It's the worst association ever. They only take huge amounts of money everymonth and you are responsible for everything.

In desperate need of Bike lanes, speed bumps and pedestrian crossings. This place is extremely dangerous. No lighting at all for non motorists after night fall.
Also whoever is designing the trail crossings at streets they obvious are not cyclists because they are not at the safe distance from intersections and they make tight right turns. Please get a real commuter plan!
