We were recommended a guy from Welsh Construction named Jason. They took our number and he was supposed to call us back. It was an emergency situation where we needed a plumber. Our water had been off for almost 24 hours. He never called us back, and no one else from this company bothered to either. We will never call this company for anything. This was an emergency, and they were not dependable or reliable whatsoever. I also find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional given the situation.

The great folks at Welsh made major repairs to several parts of our deck. We discussed the project fully before the start, approved the estimate and the workmen were skilled and completely professional! The work was completed quickly and clean up was perfect. We recently completed a months-long project with Welsh Construction. It was a major renovation: a deck, three bathrooms, kitchen improvement, basement work, painting, etc. The results are stunning! We cannot thank the Welsh Construction team enough for their professionalism, dedication and work ethic. We couldn’t have picked a better team! From the very beginning, Tim Welsh (the owner), Lucy Lyons (the very talented designer) and Philip Grove (our awesome project manager) put us at ease by explaining in detail the process and by keeping us informed at every step. We are very happy with all the workers involved with the project. Everyone was very nice, professional and trustworthy. We were out of town for part of the project, and Lucy and Tim kept our weekly meetings via Skype. Special thanks to Lucy for helping us with the design decisions. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and talented, and she will save you a lot of time by offering suggestions and ordering finishes for you. We learned a lot from her. Her sketches led to beautiful choices for the bathroom and closet cabinetry, flooring, and really throughout the house. Thank you all!

We had a remodel of our kitchen a few years ago and are also happy customers of their Handy Man Service. All employees and subcontractors are excellent, performing great work and leaving no mess. Matt, Tim and Janeen beyond wonderful. Jason is readily available, helpful, professional and friendly. He always has a smile. We have never had a bad experience with anyone at Welsh.

Hired Welch to build a house shell on top of a very remote mountain. Most contractors would not even consider the job due to the location. Welch stepped up, took on the job, and far exceeded my expectations. Very professional and thorough group. During the build they encountered hurdle after hurdle, again due to the location, and every time came up with the perfect creative solution to keep things on track. Quality was top notch. So thankful they helped me build my dream home.
