PART2 TO THIS REVIEW: have now been in my home for 8 months . Although we did not purchase a home from new and again homes there amazing team helped me find our perfect family home ! From banking , inspections , stress , I'm telling you they guide you through the entire process with a smile on there face!!! This crew is amazing . If you're looking for a home contact them don't wait . We started looking in April by may 2nd we had closed on our home . Mrs . Kelly was my right hand woman she had my back through it all . You're not a number with them you're a friend now hurry go to them ......find you're home let them guide you. This is the best home buying experience I've ever had! They will work with you no matter how long it takes, if you need help with credit issues or finding the right house. The entire team is awesome to work with and the purchase of our house was the easiest ever! And if there are ANY issues they are delt with asap no matter how large or small, they're right on top of it to make sure all their clients are happy, before and after the sell! My journey with New Again Houses began in September of 2017. I was at a point in my life that a major life change was about to happen and I was interested in transitioning directly to a home of my own. Blaine, Mr. Personable, was the first person I met with New Again House but certainly not the last as this company strives on maintaining relationships while making smart business decisions. Although my credit score was exceptional, a pending divorce could dramatically affect my ability to purchase a home. Matt sent me a truly heartfelt and honest email about the countless pending female divorcees and the challenges they faced when buying a home. In the interim, Sam told me all about the plans for the home I was determined to own. Katie was phenomenal in her show assistant position and overall cheerleader role. Vicky, another cheerleader, introduced me to various financing options and Kelly assisted with her expertise. Because of my pending divorce, it was a tiring process for all of us and at one point I honestly believed this home wasn't meant for me. Just when I was about to throw it all in, the New Again Houses team got together and "wanted to do the right thing". It's not just about business with this company. They truly take a personal approach to their business and consider many factors beyond just the sale. A local company that is passionate about what they do and the people whose lives they help change for the better.

After a very long 18 months of trying to sale our house and having an offer fall through, we found New Again Houses. We were very skeptical about selling to a company. Would they be fair? The short answer, YES! Sam came to look at our house. He is the nicest and most professional person you will ever meet. He talked to us about our home. He was very honest with us about the situation. When he came back with an offer he explained everything. He explained the reasons behind his offer. Showed us numbers on what the renovation he planned would cost and the approximate price that they would list. This company is completely honest with the people they encounter. The whole process was so simple on our end. They really pulled us out of a bind by buying our house. We had an offer in on another house and if ours didn't sell we were going to loose it.
