This company came out to give me an estimate on an addtion to my house. Said they would get back to me within a week. That was 4 months ago. They won't return my calls or answer the phone or emails. Class act. If are not interested in quoting why not tell the truth?

Great company and great team members!! I had originally and unknowingly had my deck constructed by a local builder who stated they were “fanatic” about backyard projects. Well…they completely screwed up my deck and cost me a ton of money, aggravation and time. However, we were very fortunate to find ZMD to help recover from the terrible job the previous builder had done. They had to completely tear out and replace entire deck as well as installing a French door leading to the deck area. Everyone from the owner, project manager and team members were fantastic. I will definitely be using them again!!

I had many professionals thru this house to do reno and repairs. I was never over impressed. I had a first experience with ZMD Construction, and I am very impressed with the service and employee knowledge and professionalism.
They showed up on time, covered the project problems and options and then did the project in less time than anticipated. They also pointed out several options for an additional project
that would improve the performance of the house long term.
Todd and Kenny were a valuable source of structural and building house information needed for this project. They were considerate of my home, furniture and cleaned up .... vacuuming dust from the project.
These ZMD employee's are an asset to the company and every customer who has the chance to work with them.

Upon Grace Home Repair Remodel did an excellent job rebuilding the decks on our condo! The workmanship was outstanding and we could not be happier with the results. Everyone we spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and organized. We highly recommend them for any remodeling or home addition you may be contemplating.

I needed major excavating in my back yard in order to install an above ground pool. My house was built around 1950 and the back portion was a landfill in the early 30's. It was not an easy task considering tires, water fountains, cement blocks and multiple other items were uncovered in the process. The crew was very careful unloading the excavator and skid steer so that the descent portions of my yard were not destroyed in the process. Shoutout Zac, the owner of ZMD Construction and Justin, the project manager - for also taking the time to give me ideas on leveling the pool.

I recently had Upon Grace install a wood deck at my home. Initially, communication was great and they started the work on time. Everything was progressing nicely. As the work was being finished, they asked for the final payment. I gave it to them because I had no reason to believe they would not finish on time. My mistake! It took them almost 2 weeks to return and concrete the posts in the ground. As for clean up after the job, they left construction waste on the deck and never sanded down the screw holes on the deck. I asked for this to be completed but no one ever came back. After a month, I just cleaned it up myself. The one piece of advice I would give would be to not make the final payment until the entire job is finished as per the contract states. That was my mistake and I own it. I hope this advice will help someone else to avoid the same issues. I am pleased with the deck and it is solid and we are enjoying the outdoor space. I will not be using Upon Grace for further projects around my home.

Zac and Brittany with Upon Grace are absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. They have made our current full remodel project super easy and smooth. Zac has made the process is super easy for the home remodel as he is a licensed contractor for general work, electrical and plumbing. They're great with communication and extremely hard working. They do a phenomenal job and are truly passionate about what they do. I highly recommend Upon Home Grace to anyone looking for home remodels or home repairs they're amazing! They will also be doing another full remodel project for me in Johnson City. You will not be disappointed if you give them a call.

Excellent work and communication throughout the project to install a new sliding glass door in an exterior concrete brick wall. We had two projects proceeding at once in the same room, and ZMD coordinated boundaries and overlap with the other contractor with a great attitude.
