Apartments are beautiful and somewhat affordable. I will say maintenance is very responsive and will fix things quickly. The people that work in the office are very helpful and friendly, plus there is even free parking. Now management on the other hand is very invasive with constant inspections, we have had 4 in the past two months. I could understand one or two inspections but 4? That’s slightly excessive and the constant need to come into everyone’s apartment is a little ridiculous. I understand wanting to keep the complex up to date and everything but I would try to limit those inspections to one or two a year. Other than management everything else about the complex is wonderful. I would recommend this complex if you don’t mind an invasive management company.

Mr Victor, the maintenance stuff has a great personality. He is always on top of any issues that need his services. He is able to quickly fix any repairs that need attention. Very much appreciated

The residents portal is awesome. Upon completing my entry requesting service I received a immediate response from management. My service was completed the next day (non-emergency). Victor is a great service provider. He's friendly, efficient and committed to excellence. Thank you Victor! Your great service makes living at Brightwood Forest a breeze.

I just renewed my lease for the third year in a row. This community is very clean and quite and the neighbors are friendly and respectful! Lots of green around, it’s located next to Cloverdale park and is less than 10 minutes from shopping centers including Potomac mall.
Kei, the manager is very kind and patient. I had very a complicated situation but she happily worked with me and made sure my renewal process went very smoothly. Thanks Grace Camuy for the excellent customer service, always answering all my questions related to my lease renewal. Not forgetting the maintenance team who have always resolved my requests within less than 24 hours. I feel so at home at Brightwood Forest and happy to call this place home for the next one year!

They keep closing my maintenance request and nothing has been done to fix it. 3 appliances are broken: washer, dryer, dishwasher. EDIT 11/14/123 I received a bill from collections from this company after being told my account was paid in full multiple times. No one took the time to explain to me how the utilities work on the last months and how it can often be back dues after move out. Kei B. a property manager was amazing, took the time to explain and even sent me the collections info so I could remedy the situation promptly ! She is the ONLY reason I would consider giving 5 stars again! I hope she is well taken care of by this company, she was gracious and patient. Excellent member of your team!

I'm an new resident at Brightwood Forest Apartments (BFA). During the initial walk through of my awesome apartment I found only two issues. So I used the BFA Resident's Portal to submit a maintenance request, so easy. My request was answered and fulfilled the same day to perfection. Thank you Brightwood Forest Apartments (BFA) staff. Staff to include all, especially Nicole, Dani and Vlasta.

The team that came in were great and theu did what they could. Very professional and they sought to get the problem solved keeping in mind tryong the smallest solutions and building up, which is great. The issue I ran into is that for 3 days I didn't know if anyone received my request, the temperature in the apartment was 86 degrees all weekend and no one gave me any updates.
