I have worked with Tom from Nokesville Design for the last few years on a few different projects. He became my go to guy from the first project. He is very knowledgeable and provides as much information as possible. He found records that the health department said didn’t exist. I am shocked to see the 1 star review and shocked to see others haven’t reviewed him after using his services. I know if more people had reviewed it would have been 5 stars all the way down.
