Amazing service, really great pricing on the bigger commercial jobs.

I do not normally give comments, but our experience was beyond all expectations. We bid the concrete foundation and floor job to 6 different firms. The owner of this firm responded to all questions promptly. He made a couple visits to the construction site while other bidders did not visit. He gave suggestions to the foundation drawing after visiting the site. The suggested changes was a little confusing to me, so he offered to email the foundation engineer about his suggestions. It saved us thousands of dollars! Every step of the project was done as if it was their building. I made a mistake in not informing them of steel framing for truck dock. They cut it out and fixed it with no additional charge. During the finishing of the floor, one of their guys stopped his machine and yelled out to me; "Thank you for your business". They were not supposed to backfill outside walls but they cleaned them out and back filled around all 4 sides of the building. I can go on but I think you got the point.
