Need recommendations for good plumber/tile guy
We’ve had issues with our new house … some should be expected but others are just way over the top. Our first week here we had a total plumbing failure due to a sewer line crack near the foundation. A month or two later the plumbing failed on the second floor. Believe it or not the problem in this case was upstairs plumbing had been hooked to the radon line. That meant raw sewage had been flushed into pipes under our slab for several weeks!!!

Now our main shower floor is failing and tiles have started popping up. We removed a few more and found moisture/water under each one. Most likely a leak behind the wall but, based on our prior experience, the most logical answer may not be correct. We have lived here for 18 months and are just dumbfounded to get “Sorry, your problem now” from Boone.

Their commitment to quality is unfortunately gone😡

We built a beautiful house with Boone! William was an excellent superintendent to work with-- professional, detail-oriented, friendly. He was on site daily to keep the home delivery punctual. The home was delivered on time and in pristine condition! Carolyn was excellent to work with from the design side. She had tons of samples to look at and was able to provide photos from other customers' design choices. I would highly recommend building a custom home with Boone. Many other home builders and realtors had excellent things to say about Boone's quality.

This is our second Boone Home. We chose Boone because they have quality people with lots of experience and a very good group of vendors. Our new house turned out very well. The only disappointment was the lousy interior paint job. Very poor quality painters who left grit and splotchy areas on all interior trim and doors. Hopefully, when our 60 day warranty review occurs they will correct the problem and make it right.
