Our bathroom from the second floor flooded half of our office and Eagle Restoration were our life savers. They came in with large equipment to help dry the place and removed water with big vacuums. They paid attention to detail and were helpful with the whole process. They also helped us moved all of our furniture and filing cabinets. Ron and his team at Eagle Restoration exceeded my expectations. From the moment they were contacted about my problem, their response was swift and efficient. Roman, one of their team members, arrived promptly and immediately took charge of the situation. He expertly assessed the extent of the damage, swiftly removing the damaged carpet and wood to prevent any further spreading. Roman's quick actions ensured that the damage was contained, minimizing the overall impact.

Eagle Restoration is simply Eagle Construction, joined with a carpet cleaning company. Besides the carpet cleaning and a slightly altered name, it appears to be the same business with the same owner, same phone number, the same contractor's license number, and probably the same terrible work.

If you are considering making the mistake of working with Eagle Restoration, I highly recommend checking out the reviews they have earned over the years under their name Eagle Construction (again, same Contractors License Number and as far as I can tell the same company).

On my end, I am approaching three years for Shaun, the owner, to complete a relatively minor repair. Their lack of honesty, poor communication skills, general incompetence, and poor workmanship have made the process extremely difficult, expensive, and time consuming. I only used them in the first place because I had no choice with my insurance company as they were the only authorized contractor, and they under underbid my job (~8k as opposed to the ~45k the job actually cost), so that cashing out would not allow me to have the repairs performed. I could go on for hours about the terrible experience I have had with Shaun and his employees, but I'd rather just summarize: Avoid Eagle Restoration at all costs.
