Very happy they were able to get my roof replaced through insurance. They were awesome to work with throughout the whole process. My only complaint is the installers, I wish they used a net like other local companies in the area because I am finding nails everywhere! Concerned that my kids are going to step on one. I haven’t climbed on the roof to confirm the quality of work but I’m sure it’s fine.

Our experience with FBC was fantastic. Everyone was very cheerful, helpful and on point. Rachael made sure to answer every question and concern. They worked with our insurance and made the whole process seamless. The workers were also very nice and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The quality seems supberb. Peter from FBC Roofing stopped by my house today and asked if he could inspect my roof. He said that his company has been working in the area and that my roof may have some storm damage. I was hesitant initially because in the past I had another roofing company insist that I needed a new roof when it was perfectly fine. Well, it has been some time since then and my roof is beginning to show signs of aging so I let Peter give it a look. After climbing on the roof and inspecting it, he explained that the roof is getting older, but looks good and should have a few more years of life unless a severe storm comes through the area. I was very impressed by his honesty and will definitely be calling FBC Roofing when it's time to replace my roof. Thanks for the free inspection and looking out for people in the community!

Working with Preston was a pleasure. He was straightforward and honest. FBC roofing delivered far beyond our expectations. They were fast, clean, respectful and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. They even addressed a separate issue I was having with my covered porch. The installation was painless — in and out in 2 days and left my yard clean and free of debris. The crew was hardworking, friendly and respectful. Just be careful when choosing a roofing contactor especially if you don't see any damage yourself like loose shingles or pieces of shingles on the ground or leaking roof. Just a kind warning to all. Buyer beware. Creasing is not enough to warrant an insurance claim.
