This is the worst business and organization when it comes to land development. Behind schedule, lack of response when contacted, and unprofessional. Our land has sat without a sidewalk (a basic when it comes to home building and land development) for well over a month. This created a ripple effect when it came to close on our home. They seriously suck. This is basic timelines and project management and they have FAILED. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Marriot construction bailed us out of a bad situation we had with another contractor. We had a very short time frame and Marriot construction came through with flying colors. We couldn’t have completed our project without Randy, Kami and their team. Thank you very much Marriot Construction. You are the BEST!!!

They do great work it's an awesome place
