My experience working with Marion Gary was horrible. He worked for what i thought was a honest and reputable company but clearly just like most people now days they only care about the money. He did just enough to sell the house to me, lied through his teeth to get me to buy and then once deal was done never followed through any of the multiple promises made. He even fudged the inspection process by recommending that i use “his guy” who overlooked so many issues and said that the water damage present wasn’t currently active and they had fixed the leaks I’ve tried contacting him several times since then and don’t get a response. I can go into detail about my property there were several issues with septic system and previous owners junk being left in the house and on the land, i requested it be removed before closing and Marion assured me it would be. The day of closing Marion didn’t even show up, they had agreed that they were supposed to remove junk from garage and never did, before closing he promised me if they didn’t then he would do it personally. The day of closing they never touched the garage and he didn’t follow through with his promise to help clean it, once the papers were signed i never heard from him again. The biggest gripe i have is there is a 20 foot wide sewer easement on my property that i was never notified about and didn’t find out about until after i had moved in. When signing the documents they said something about an easement but i thought it was from my neighbors drive way. Most realtors bring by a house warming gift, he didn’t even call me to congratulate me the day i closed with the lawyers like i said he didn’t even show up. Clearly it was all about money for him, as a first time home buyer you would think he would try to look out for his customer. He left me out to dry with a huge mess of a house and property and a lot of empty promises on his end.

Dont recommend doing any business with this company, there are people who have no fault for it but I wish they wouldn't be working for said company, when we left the house in order to live closer to another city, we received a call telling us that the inside of the house was damaged, is was not damaged at all, it was only dirty but we cleaned it up, when we checked up on said "damaged" part of the house we noticed it was not like that when we left, is was damaged by the company in order to keep the deposit for themselves, we did not record the before how it was in order to have proof so shame on us for having any business with this company, stay safe and if possible sue this company.

I will never apply for any properties through them every again took in my application on yesterday got a call this morning saying it was not excepted due to my credit which I have paid off everything and have proof of it called back to let them known…that I have proof everything is paid off and I just believe they tell you anything and put who they want in their places and aslo they had some that are very races I would never recommend anyone to them save yourself the hassle with them how they treat their tenants I have heard a lot from comments on her about certain ones so I definitely got to see it for myself and I’m good took my service elsewhere

Lee Conner Reality is a horrible company to deal with...The lady that answers the telephone is very rude, and needs an attitude adjustment..I asked about renting a house and if I could bring pets, she said no houses can have pets...and said no need to call again, and hung up on me.
I know that a bald face lie..I know many people who have pets in the rental houses...They need to stop being so nasty...God doesn't like ugly....They need to find someone who has a better speaking voice to answer the phone..Not someone who is trying to be the boss....RENT ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE......STAY AWAY....MOVE IN RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK....

Lousy landlord, Lee will rip you off every chance he gets. He is like an old carnie thinks he is so smart and will try and sham you everytime. His contracts is rediculious read well and don't sign. He will keep your security deposit no matter what you do. He is a thief a real lowlife! Rent or buy from anyone other than this company or Lee.
