I had an amazing experience with Eastwood Homes. My new home is stunning, quality materials are used when constructing my home, and it feels more premium than other builders that I have experienced in the past. Everyone who I encountered who works for Eastwood was simply amazing and pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend Eastwood Homes!

Make sure the AC unit isn't undersized like my Eastwood Home is. Can't use my third story in the summer and they refuse to fix it even though I paid for a 3 zone system.

responsive, knowledgeable and acted with integrity. Eastwood use to provide weekly updates with pictures which I like the most.
Design studio and build process is very smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend them for your home building needs!

Very impressed with this builder and the product they offer. After visiting their model in Harpers Mill with Michelle I can honestly say they are a top contender for who we would be interested in building with. Michelle was also fabulous and very detailed with our appointment. Look forward to keeping in touch as we make our final decision.

We highly recommend Eastwood homes and our favorite part of the house is the kitchen and screened porch, first class and awesome!

The home my now husband and I built prior to getting married is beautiful. Sad to say that majority of the home settling has happened after the one year walk through/warranty. Our home has many gaps and cracks in the walls and molding and unfortunately repairs have to be made at our expense. Also just after the first year our carpet began to buckle in the bedrooms and upstairs man cave. The construction manager informed us that Eastwood was not responsible after the first year. Recently I reached out to Eastwood again as the issue has worsened and got no cooperation. I have owned 2 homes prior to Eastwood and never had an issue with the carpet. The carpet is very poor quality and wasn't stretched when it was laid. Others in Watermark have complained about the same issue on Watermark facebook page. Some have had to pay to have their carpet stretched. Some paid to have the cheap carpet replaced. Friends of ours recently was about to enter a contract with Eastwood to have a home built. I explained the problems we are having and with no cooperation from Eastwood. They changed their mind and signed a contract to have a home built with another builder. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO HAVE CARPET BUCKLING A YEAR AFTER YOUR HOME IS BUILT. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AN EASTWOOD HOME TO ANYONE.
