One of the most important purchases that someone will make is the purchase of a home.
This process is both rewarding and stressful. I recently purchased a home that I love, with assistance and guidance from my realtor, Mr. Saiyd Smith.
When I originally started house hunting, I was living in MD, and planning to move to the VA area. Trying to purchase a home when you live in another state means that you need to depend heavily on your real estate agent, and Saiyd was the perfect agent for the job. Saiyd kept in contact, used the Homesnap app to send me homes for review, and scheduled time for house hunting when I came to the area. I asked lots and lots of questions, and Saiyd was always kind and professional. I’m detailed by nature, and that tends to be a challenge for some people because I ask a great deal of questions. But that was not a problem for Saiyd, he welcomed the questions. My experience with Saiyd Smith was awesome, he helped me find my forever home. I knew what I wanted in a home, and Saiyd worked to find exactly what I wanted and more. The home was within my budget, built by a reputable builder, in the area I wanted, I loved it the minute I stepped in, and that was without seeing very much of the house. When I first started the house hunting process, I thought I was going to have to settle, but I did not, Saiyd worked very hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
