I needed the boundary of the yard for our new home marked so we could put up a fence, I emailed to request a quote and a timeline to which I received a price quote and a window of time for when the work would be finished from the date of my order. I ordered a week or so later and well before the expiration of the quoted time estimate I came home from work to find my yard clearly marked with stakes and flags. The bill came shortly thereafter exactly as explained. They held true to the price estimate and turnaround time, despite being extremely busy.

Terrible company. We were new to town and Vesta Settlements selected them for closing. They charged us $400, did not stake the corners of the property and we can't have the fence installed. The owner requested an extra $250 to finish the job.
