I’ve worked with LaRose Surveys on two projects, as a home owner, and they have been great. They have also been quite helpful with random questions I’ve had over the years. They care about their work.

These guys are crooks, charged my father a large amount of money to survey his property and get all the paper work to show what he owned. When done the property was not surveyed and land feeds and paperwork are missing. They never finished because the town paperwork and deeds are missing. My father told them this from the start that the town lost records due to mold in there old office. Mr La Rose told him no problem for a they could get it all. After there preliminary survey they never came back and told my father he had to find all the deeds to the lands for them to finish. This is why my dad hired them was to find the paperwork and survey the land. Mr. La Rose never finished and deeds and papers are missing. How do I know this. Because I hand his son papers that requested so he could make copies of them and I was there when they did the first survey to try and find the land Mark's for the property boundaries. I was in the meeting in my parents house when he stated oh we will find the deeds and boundaries. Even when I told them the papers are missing. They made promices and never finished. Would never recommend them to do land searches or survey of land.
