A good company to avoid. Quoted me $700 to complete a wastewater permit application with the State of Vermont; billed me $2869.47. The engineer explained that the initial quote was based on a misunderstanding of the State regulations. We settled the bill for $2000. Then, in a spirit of revenge, of spite, they gave confidential information on the work they did for me to a company that was suing me. As I said, a good company to avoid.
