Virginia Landscape Group performs regular lawn maintenance for us, and recently installed a whole new landscaping project in our front/backyards. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience, from start to finish. Their team installed a huge number of bushes, flowers, (and a tree!) in one day (ahead of schedule). They worked so quickly and the results are fantastic. Afterwards, they provided us with clear instructions for maintenance/upkeep. Everything is run so smoothly and they maintain excellent communication with their clients. We couldn't recommend them enough!

We met with Tommy at our site, he was very nice and seemed professional. We went ahead with the design, even though, as we were previously stated, it was at their 'max' end. With a new property, we felt it was a good investment. We put down 50 % as requested and were not even allowed to see anything until paid in full. Sadly, we understand now! While the design was very nice, we were NOT allowed to even make any edits in the design EVEN THOUGH TOMMY"S measurements were incorrect, and he missed 2 standing trees were he put our garage. When he communicated with me, he told me we only had 20 min of design time left WTH..... My daughter and I went out, measured the land using his design, took over 17 pictures to show he was NOT correct, then tell us WE ONLY had 20 min of time left We wanted to do ONE FULL edit... We paid $2500 for NOTHING. Very very angry! Would not recommend them! Buyer beware, if they ask for everything up front, JUST SAY NO!

Great service. Communication through email is always prompt, lawn service is consistent and excellent. If you need different services throughout the year, they will typically be offered. Just generally a stress free way to maintain your property!

My husband and I built a greenhouse in our backyard, and needed the inside sodded. We also had ideas for a broken glass flagstone walkway and some light landscaping around it. I contacted Lynchburg Landscaping and they got back to me right away. They also came out the next day to see the area and give us a quote. We are SO impressed with the work they did! The team was amazing and made sure we were happy with the progress being made. They even accommodated some last minute changes and still completed everything on time. I met with Scott to discuss plans and ideas for my landscaping needs which would also include some hardscaping. Scott seemed to understand my vision completely. He made many suggestions and his ideas were amazing.

From the start, he was courteous, flexible and willing to incorporate any changes to his plan that we wanted. The end design plan from Scott and Jennifer was beyond my vision and expectations.

The work began in September 2021, as agreed, and his crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and, more importantly, willing to answer all of my questions and provided great information.

As the work continued, I saw the most incredible yard emerge, they resolved my grading and drainage problem, the small yard / big house dilemma and provided the most wonderful yard which my husband and I enjoy every day. I saw Scott regularly throughout the process who visited to consult with his crew as well as discuss the progress of the project and next steps with me.
