We are beyond thrilled with the work that Sillas Home Services just finished in our condo. They did a fantastic job brining down all the popcorn ceiling. Repairing many areas due to cracking, old leaks and bad (previous) repair jobs. Jose and his team took great care of all our furniture while painting the entire condo. Kimberly was very responsive with coordination, timing and updates throughout the project. Her team did a great job cleaning up the condo after all the work and we were delighted to come into our beautiful refreshed condo. I wish I had done a better job of capturing some before pictures especially the ceilings to truly share what a great job they did! We highly recommend!

I use them for cleaning services for three of my condos and they are prompt, professional and the condos get great reviews about the cleanliness from my renters.Kimberly is quick to respond is very particular about how the condos are cleaned. I have had Jose paint two of my condos and will be having him paint my third. He is the neatest painter I have ever used and his work is wonderful. Jose and his painting crew did a fantastic job at our house--painting inside and outside. He and his guys were professional and efficient. They kept the house clean and went above and beyond just painting...cleaned the ceiling fan and the chandeliers! He coordinated with other service providers. He is worth every penny....I highly recommend him!

The cleaning service is just as great! Kim coordinates her crew to meet customer needs. They work steady and do a thorough job. Nice to come home to a clean house!

Once Jose came to give us an estimate 24 hours after speaking to his wife setting us the appointment, we knew that we had made the right choice once doing a walk-through. Through the entire process he was professional, prompt, fair price and does amazing dry wall and painting work. We utilized his services for the whole interior of our home and some drywall work removing medicine cabinets and a window.
